Counselling runs for a few weeks and decides the next five and a half years. Almost nobody ends a season without a seat because of their score — it is a badly ordered list, a quota nobody claimed, or a deadline nobody was watching. That is the whole job, and we do it with 76 Karnataka medical colleges and 11,367 state-quota seats in front of us.
